Online Billing

Online Billing and payments are now available starting July of 2024. Your bill will be sent to you via email on the 1st of each month, please follow the link provided to the payment portal. You may also visit here and follow the link below to view and pay your bill.

You will need your account number located at the top of their bill (circled in red) and your pin which is located on the left of the bill under reading dates ( circled in yellow).

Please note that payments tendered through this portal will be assessed a one-time service fee based on the total amount due. Service fee is in addition to the amount owed and is calculated as follows:

• A 3.50% service fee with a minimum amount of $0.50 will be charged for payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards.
• You will have the opportunity to review the total amount due with the service fee prior to payment submission.
• While you will be paying fees to Village of Attica, the full amount of the service fee is passed to the provider of this online payment service.
• Any payments of $1.50 or less you must make payments in person at the Village Hall or Sutton Bank.
