Please Note: Utility bills can be paid in person during office hours, in person at Sutton Bank during regular business hours, or 24/7 by using the drop box at Village Hall. The drop box is located to the left of the main entrance of Village Hall. Please make sure that you include your billing stub or write your account number or address on your payment/envelope.
